Job Title: Client Development Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

A specialist environmental and engineering consultancy is looking for a Client Development Manager to join its London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong technical understanding to lead client relationships, manage projects, and help drive the company's continued growth across the built environment and infrastructure sectors.

As a Client Development Manager, you'll act as the key link between clients and internal project teams - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard. You'll use your sector knowledge to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and maintain lasting partnerships with clients across the UK. This role would suit someone with experience in consulting, engineering, or project management who is now ready to step into a more strategic, client-facing position.

Benefits for the role of Client Development Manager include:

Salary of £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

Duties for the role of Client Development Manager include:

Managing key client accounts and leading business development initiatives

Overseeing project delivery and ensuring technical excellence

Collaborating with engineers, designers, and consultants to achieve project goals

Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Skills and experience required for the role of Client Development Manager:

Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

7+ years' experience in consulting, project management, or technical sales

Proven success in developing client relationships and securing repeat business

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
