Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver precision haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services to an exceptional standard
* Provide tailored consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles
* Execute traditional and modern barbering techniques with consistency and accuracy
* Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
* Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Contribute positively to team culture and shop atmosphere
* Uphold Männerhaus brand values in every client interaction
* Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
* Assist in maintaining stock levels and recommending retail products when appropriate
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Fully qualified and licensed Barber (as required by local regulations)
* Minimum 2+ years of professional barbering experience preferred
* Strong skills in skin fades, scissor work, beard sculpting, and traditional wet shaves
* High attention to detail and consistency in execution
* Professional presentation and communication skills
* Strong customer service mindset
* Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
