We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of Event Operations to lead the planning and delivery of a global events portfolio.
This role is responsible for overseeing operational strategy, managing event logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of events from concept through to delivery.
You will lead a small operations team and will work closely with internal departments, partners, and suppliers to deliver exceptional event experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the operational planning and delivery of all events across the organisation.
* Develop and implement event operations strategies, processes, and best practices.
* Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, production, staffing, and on-site operations.
* Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the events operations team.
* Ensure all events meet health, safety, and compliance requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, contractors, and key stakeholders.
* Conduct post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Proven experience in a senior event operations or event management role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Experience managing large-scale conferences.
