Term‑Time Hours | Additional Hours Available in School Holidays | Paid for Your Full Shift | 45p per Mile
A role where your time, heart and individuality truly matter. At Beehive Care & Training Group Ltd, we believe exceptional care starts with people who feel valued, supported, and truly part of a team. This role is perfect for someone experienced, compassionate and confident providing one‑to‑one support — someone who wants to make a genuine difference each day.
The Role – One-to-One Carer & Enabler
You will be supporting an individual in their own home in Honiton, helping them live an active, meaningful and independent life. This position follows term‑time hours, with additional hours available during school holidays. Your fixed weekly term‑time hours will be:
* Monday–Friday: 7:15am – 8:15am (personal care)
* Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (enabling & community support)
This is a very active role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and supporting someone who likes to get out and about. Activities may include:
* Walks into town
* Swimming
* Support with household tasks
* Community outings and meaningful daily routines
The individual you will be supporting has a stoma in situ, so experience with stoma care is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the individual to remain independent and active through:
* Warm, respectful personal care (including stoma support)
* Assistance with meals, medication and daily living
* Enabling support: activities, outings, tasks and companionship
* Simple electronic visit notes using the Beehive Care app
