Primary Alternative provision

We are currently working with a Primary alternative provision who are looking for an experienced Qualified primary Teacher that can preferably teach EYFS- KS1 curriculum. The alternative provision caters for a maximum of 12 students that present with complex behavioural needs and all students educational development is between EYFS- KS1 level. Class sizes will be very small with a ratio of 3 pupils and 2 support staff. The role is working 3 days per week (Mon-Wed) after the February half term break initially for the first two weeks, but will continue ongoing.
The role can be quiet challenging at times, however if you are passionate and keen to give this a go; with an incredible, amazing supportive team of teachers and support staff you will be supported through out your time there.
Job spec and description:
Must hold Qualified Teacher status
Must be able to demonstrate planning and delivering at EYFS- KS1 curriculum content.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Must hold DBS on subscription service.
Experience with dysregulated behaviours.
