About the Role
* Sales & Profit Growth – Maximise turnover and profitability through strong commercial awareness
* Customer Experience – Lead from the front to deliver outstanding service
* Team Development – Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
* Visual Merchandising – Maintain high store presentation standards
* Stock Management – Ensure optimal stock levels and minimise shrinkage
* Security & Loss Prevention – Maintain store security and reduce stock loss
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in retail and knows how to motivate a team to achieve great results.
Ideal Candidate
* Retail store management experience (outdoor, sports, or fashion retail preferred)
* Commercially focused with strong KPI awareness
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Highly organised with excellent operational management abilities
