A key role in supporting the effective and efficient delivery of administrative tasks across our operations team. Based at our head office in Tower Hamlets. Coordinating job allocations, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support to ensure compliance with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs). This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, growing M&E contracting business.
Principle Responsibilities:
* Allocation of jobs to engineers on our bespoke software
* Process orders and maintain accurate records of job visits
* Provide generaladministrative support to management
* Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date in line with company SLA
* Adhoc general office duties as required
Desirable Skills:
* Good standard of both verbal & written English
* Knowledge of Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* A high level of attention to detail
* Previousadministrative experience preferred but not required
