Assistant Conveyancing Case Handler – Our successful client, a growing firm with offices based in St Neots, is seeking an experienced professional to join them on a permanent full‑time basis working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 30 pm. Part‑time hours or hybrid working may also be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
* Managing, updating and organising case files
* Chasing contracts and enquiries on sales
* Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
* Making outbound calls dealing with inbound queries and enquiries
* General administrative support including exchange and completion letters
* Post completion administration including setting up completion files
Skills Required
* Previous conveyancing administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
* Keenness to learn and being a great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
