Our client a leader in the creative world is now seeking a Sales Account Manager to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market
The requirement is for an office-based point of contact for existing customers developing long term relationships, and generating additional business. Previous experience and a track record of building and delivering relationships within a sales support environment is essential.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders, first refusal in any competitive situation and to be familiar with customers regular requirements.
* Handle incoming customer enquiries and process quotes using the companys sales and order processing system
* Develop market categories & specifically new industries.
* Log, track and maintain outbound activity via Salesforce.
* Update customer information in our CRM & ERP.
* Maintain market & competitor knowledge.
* Maintain up to date product knowledge & competitor awareness which will enable you to offer alternative products when necessary
