We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.
What You’ll Do
* Lead a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support.
* Champion community integration and meaningful engagement for the people we support.
* Oversee care plans for individuals with complex needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life.
* Be the Registered Manager, responsible for compliance, leadership, and service excellence.
Who You Are
* Experience in health or social care and a positive, upbeat attitude.
* Passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives and connect with their communities.
* Confident in managing behaviours that require intensive support planning.
* Comfortable with basic IT systems (training available if needed).
* Hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Nurse, Social Worker, NVQ Level 4).
