Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Office Manager located in Okehampton. The Office Manager will develop and supervise sales strategies, oversee a team of estate agents, and manage client relationships. Daily tasks include driving sales, enhancing customer service, and coordinating with the lettings team to maintain high occupancy rates. The Office Manager will also be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
