Description
We're looking for a Design Director who can bring ideas to life visually—someone who blends strategic thinking with exceptional design craft. You will help shape the look and feel of campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media by collaborating with a talented team of creatives, strategists, and producers to deliver world‑class work that gets noticed.
* Lead the visual direction of integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
* Develop original, insight‑led creative ideas that connect culture, brand, and audience.
* Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to craft concepts that cut through.
* Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
* Mentor and guide junior creatives, nurturing a culture of creative excellence and accountability.
Project Management
* Oversee the design process end‑to‑end, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
* Partner with account, strategy, and production teams to ensure creative integrity across every touchpoint.
Profile
* Exceptional design sensibility—typography, composition, and motion instinct.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
* Proven experience delivering across digital, social, and OOH.
* Collaborative spirit and ability to inspire and elevate those around you.
