Job Title: Order Selector
Job Description
As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for case picking using an electric riding pallet jack, handling trays of varying sizes ranging from 2x2 to 2x3, and pulling them for orders. The role requires lifting approximately 35lbs. You will work with live paper order sheets and an RF scanner. The focus is on maintaining a steady pace rather than speed.
Responsibilities
* Operate an electric riding pallet jack to pick orders.
* Handle trays of various sizes and weights up to 35lbs.
* Utilize live paper order sheets and RF scanners for order selection.
* Maintain a consistent and efficient pace while performing duties.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in using a Riding Electronic Pallet Jack.
* Experience with RF Scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Forklift operation experience.
* Background in food distribution.
* Experience with warehouse packing, shipping and receiving, loading, order picking, and inventory management.
* Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Work Environment
This role is located in a food distribution facility with an open-air environment. Appropriate attire includes shorts and tank tops, but steel-toe shoes, a face mask, and either a vest or fluorescent tee are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
