This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced joiner to secure long-term, stable employment in a modern workshop environment. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality bespoke joinery, working from technical drawings and using modern machinery and traditional hand tools. Key Responsibilities Manufacture bespoke joinery items from detailed drawings and specifications Measure, cut, assemble and finish timber products to a high standard Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Carry out quality checks on finished products Work closely with other joiners and production staff to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and safe workshop in line with health and safety requirements Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Workshop Joiner NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or Carpentry or completed apprenticeship Strong experience producing high-quality joinery in a workshop environment Ability to read and interpret technical and manufacturing drawings Excellent attention to detail Benefits Competitive hourly rate Full-time permanent position Option of 4-day working week (compressed hours) 30 days annual leave Company pension scheme BUPA Cashplan / Aviva Healthcare Death in Service benefit Planned medical leave Free on-site parking Modern workshop with state-of-the-art equipment
