The Clinical Pharmacist will ensure every patient receives exceptional, safe, and reliable care. In this role, you'll play a vital part in protecting patient wellbeing by delivering accurate clinical checks, spotting potential risks, and ensuring prescriptions are handled with absolute precision. You'll be a key guardian of patient safety, using your clinical expertise to make sure every decision supports the highest standards of care.

What you'll be doing?
Ensure all NHS and private prescriptions received are clinically checked for dosage and safety
Make sure that all queries on patient prescriptions are communicated to customer service within the SLA
Ensure that all responses from customer service are received within the agreed SLA to ensure patient safety
Advise patients on adverse side effect, interactions, and minor ailments
Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional and company requirements
Completing a range of additional pharmacist tasks including reviewing dispensing incidents
Meeting set targets for individuals and team to meet business targets
Working with key teams across the business (customer service, purchasing, operations & clinical department)
Where required, assume the role of Responsible Pharmacist at the dispensing facility and support the dispensary team with any queries
Who are we looking for?
GPhC registered with proven experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist
Ideally, experience working in a commercial/community pharmacy environment
Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
Experience of working in an environment where accuracy is critical
Possess the ability to work effectively and productively with colleagues, managers and stakeholders in a collaborative manner, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment to achieve shared objectives
