The shifts are 3 weeks on 3 weeks off rotation. To support an adult with cerebral palsy.
What We Offer
Job description for the role. You will provide essential support to enable clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes, offering companionship, personal care, and daily living assistance such as shopping, meal preparation, and light housework.

What You’ll Do
You’ll provide companionship, personal care, and help with daily living tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and light housework. Every day is different, but each brings the opportunity to make a real difference. We provide full training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career progression. You’ll have your own private room in the client’s home, along with regular daily breaks.
The client lives with Cerebral Palsy and is very sociable, enjoying weekly outings and activities. Their speech is affected, so good eye contact and patience are important. They are looking for a proactive, engaging care assistant who enjoys asking questions, making suggestions, and helping plan activities.
Qualifications
What you’ll need: You will need social care experience to apply for this role. We’re also interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close‑knit team. Must have previous experience of working with a client with Cerebral Pals.
