My client is a forward-thinking, design-led BTR operator is seeking an experienced Head of Leasing to lead one of Manchester’s most vibrant residential communities.

Your Responsibilities:
* Leading the leasing strategy and performance for multiple BTR assets in Manchester.
* Leading and developing a team of leasing professionals.
* Implement technology and systems to streamline processes and improve responsiveness.
* Support marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
* Track leasing KPIs and report on performance to senior leadership.
* Ensure all leasing practices comply with lettings regulations and professional standards.
Your Requirements:
* A proven leader in leasing within the BTR, co-living, or residential property sector.
* Strong understanding of Manchester’s residential rental market, customer demographics, and local leasing dynamics.
* Skilled in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a coaching-led leadership style and a focus on accountability, service, and results.
* Confident collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and asset management teams to align leasing goals with wider business strategy.
* Forward-thinking and adaptable — able to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving BTR environment.
