The Customer Care Representative (Order Management) is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, delivering customer service that exceeds customer expectations and providing a prompt and accurate handling of customer credit claims. This position reports to the Customer Care Team Leader and is part of the Customer Care Team located in Crawley, West Sussex and will be an on-site role.
