This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, shaping modern digital experiences and delivering meaningful customer and commercial outcomes.What will I be doing?Setting and owning the digital product strategy across multiple customer-facing platforms, aligned to user needs and business goalsLeading and inspiring cross-functional digital product teams, creating clarity, pace and accountabilityOverseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products across web and app, from discovery through to delivery and optimisationUsing insight, data and experimentation to continuously improve customer journeys and measure impactPartnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and senior stakeholders to prioritise work and make informed trade-offsActing as a confident communicator and presenter, clearly articulating product vision, progress and outcomes at all levels of the organisationChampioning agile ways of working and a culture of continuous learning and improvementWhat do I need?We’re open to different career paths and backgrounds, but you’ll bring strong experience in the following areas:Broad digital product experience, particularly across web and mobile app environmentsProven experience leading and developing digital product teams, with a people-first leadership styleA strong technical understanding of modern digital platforms and architecture (you don’t need to be an engineer)Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders, supported by excellent communication and presentation skillsExperience balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and delivery constraintsA collaborative mindset, with the ability to bring diverse teams together around shared outcomesAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
