We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Administrator to provide administrative support for quotations, orders, invoices, coordinating picklists, and more for customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to customers worldwide, suppliers, and colleagues via email, Microsoft Teams, or telephone.
* Maintain business systems with current information as required.
* Process and expedite customer orders.
* Prepare and issue order acknowledgment documentation to meet customer commitments.
Skills & Abilities:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Proven administrative experience.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Oracle-based ERP systems is advantageous.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Experience in an administrative role.
* Problem-solving experience.
* Experience with quotations, issuing orders, and invoicing.
Location and Travel:
Matcon Head Office, Evesham, Worcestershire, UK. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required, approximately twice per year.
