Job Title: Residential Support Worker Salary: £27,254 - £32,061 per annum 37 Hours per Week: Shift Work Location: Evesham Team: Vale Lodge Permanent: The Role: Supporting children with disability. Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of young people and build meaningful relationships with children, young people and their families. Providing a nurturing and stable environment for children who may have experienced instability and disruptions in their lives. Encouraging the development of social skills and positive relationships among the children in their care. Collaborating with other professionals, such as social workers and health care professionals, to provide the best possible care for young people. Ensuring that the residential care setting is clean, safe, and appropriate for young people’s needs. Support Children to reach their goals and develop new skills.
