Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team working desirable day shifts approx 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff providing support and guidance to ensure kitchen standards and high quality food standards are maintained.
* Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve existing offerings.
* Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Maintain a positive atmosphere within the kitchen, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
