Known for our high standards, safety-first approach, and reliable service, we are now looking for an Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our office, supporting various administrative tasks, and maintaining efficient communication within the team.
The Role
As our Office Administrator, you'll be the heartbeat of our business. You'll support the office manager with office and operations administration with ad-hoc finance support. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on organisational values, exceptional customer service and wants to make a meaningful difference. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and possess excellent IT and CRM skills.
What You'll be Doing
* Provide day to day administrative support to the operations team
* Learn and maintain the scheduling system, including data input and job scheduling
* Assist with document management, data entry and internal communications
* Support compliance and health & safety processes
* Respond to customer queries with professionalism
* Support the Office Manager with HR process and on boarding of new staff
* Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
