With considerable market share and an enviable reputation for staff welfare, they now seek an additional in-house valuation surveyor as follows:
* AssocRICS/MRICS qualified
* VRS beneficial but not essential
* Tech savvy, embracing new technology to provide the best service and reports possible
* Valuation experience as well as exposure to wider property inspection protocols
* Very low volume of jobs undertaken approx. 2-3 per week
* Ongoing training in-house with multiple teams to enable a range of career progression options over time
* Happy to be office based in Watford
* Strictly NON-VOLUME focused
