Retail assistant

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant – Zero Hours to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

As a Customer Services Assistant – Zero Hours, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Responsibilities

• Serve customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Be knowledgeable about our service and help customers with natural engaging service
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image
• Handle cash and operate the cash register
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations
