Public Affairs Manager - Jefferson Communications£34,000 – £38,000 • Jefferson Communications • LondonJefferson Communications is a City of London corporate communications agency delivering integrated PR and public affairs services across healthcare, technology, property, and financial services, with a growing body of work extending to European institutions in Brussels.We are growing our public affairs capability, domestically and in Europe, and are looking for a driven Public Affairs Manager to join the team.The roleYou will build and deliver political and stakeholder campaigns, develop and maintain networks across Westminster, Whitehall, and where relevant, European institutions and Brussels-based stakeholders. You will produce high-quality policy intelligence and briefings, manage day-to-day client relationships, and work closely with the senior team on strategy and account planning. Healthcare is the primary focus, but you will work across all of the agencys sectors.What you will do* Build and deliver political and stakeholder campaigns to achieve tangible policy outcomes for clients* Monitor, analyse, and report on policy developments across our sectors, including relevant EU regulatory activity* Draft policy briefings, reports, and client communications to a high standard* Map and develop stakeholder networks across Westminster, Whitehall, relevant sector bodies, and European institutions* Plan and run parliamentary events, roundtables, and stakeholder engagement programmes* Support engagement with EU institutions and Brussels-based stakeholders where client work requires it* Manage day-to-day client relationships and contribute to account planningWhat we are looking for* 2–4 years of public affairs experience: agency, in-house, Parliament, Government, or NHS/patient advocacy* Good working knowledge of health policy and the NHS landscape* Strong policy drafting and written communication skills* An established or developing network across Westminster and relevant policy communities* Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environmentAdvantageous* Familiarity with EU institutions, the European Parliament, or the Brussels public affairs ecosystem* Experience working on EU regulatory or policy campaignsWhat we offer* £34,000 – £38,000 base salary* Bonus scheme linked to company growth and individual new business, available after 12 months* City of London office, Monday to Friday (adhoc WFH policy)* Close working relationship with senior leadership from day oneHow to apply* Please complete our application form and submit your CV at: https://forms.gle/xXBJszVjKMEo...Apply for this role
