£90,000–£100,000 + Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling data consultancy as their Lead Analytics Consultant — with a clear path to becoming their Practice Lead in the medium term. You’ll be joining a high-energy, high-growth environment where data and AI strategy sit at the heart of everything they do.
THE ROLE
You’ll be the go-to person for clients who want to turn data into measurable results. Balancing strategy, client engagement and hands-on delivery, you’ll guide senior stakeholders from defining their goals through to implementing data-driven solutions.
You will:
* Lead end-to-end data and AI strategy projects from scope to adoption.
* Run workshops with senior stakeholders to define priorities, metrics and success criteria.
* Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and technical solutions.
* Identify and redirect initiatives that aren’t delivering value to higher-impact opportunities.
* Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals.
* Mentor and develop junior consultants, lifting technical and consulting standards.
* Support business development by shaping solutions and bringing commercial insight to client meetings.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong experience leading analytics and data strategy engagements, ideally with exposure to AI/ML.
* Proven consulting and commercial acumen — comfortable with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
* Hands-on delivery capability with the ability to lead strategically.
* Passion for technology, AI and innovation; not necessarily deep coding expertise but able to spot where emerging tech adds value.
