We are looking for a final member to Come and join an accomplished night team and be part of delivering a high-quality programme to transform lives.
Darbyshire House is Supported Accommodation for 44 Adults experiencing homelessness.
We are looking to recruit a Night Concierge who is motivated, person centred, keen to work as part of a team to deliver great results and ultimately make a positive difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote client choice by working as part of the Support Team.
* Assist in delivering a range of inhouse support provisions to enable successful outcomes.
* Create a dynamic environment to encourage meaningful engagements with residents during the night.
* Work in line with legislation and guidelines to protect service users, staff and visitors from any abuse, accident, or injury.
* Document and maintain factual service records relating to customer welfare, support, and any Health & safety matters
* Understand and work within the Mission and Values of The Salvation Army.
* Act in a professional and ethical way as a representative of the organisation.
* Respect the diversity of other people's culture, faith, and practice.
* Support the Spiritual Programme running within the service where required.
* Complete any other duties as reasonably expected to keep our building, residents and staff safe in the fulfilment of this role.
