About the Role
Personal Assistants play a crucial role in Enable, making a positive difference to the lives of the people we support. Each day is unique, as you support someone with a learning disability to achieve personal goals and outcomes.
Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and expanding social networks. You will work as part of a bespoke team, ensuring safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.
Qualifications and Experience
We recruit based on values and transferable skills; prior care experience is not required. You should be committed, dedicated, and have a desire to support individuals to reach their best.

Employment and On‑boarding
Various contracts available – full time & part time. Shift patterns include overnight support. Successful applicants will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of start date.
