Key Responsibilities Lead and manage restaurant shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service
Motivate, guide, and support team members to deliver exceptional customer care
Maintain brand, hygiene, and operational standards at all times
Carry out cash handling, stock management, opening and closing procedures
Train and develop team members to continually improve performance
Foster a positive, professional atmosphere during every shift
Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety guidelines
Take responsibility for the restaurant when the Store Manager is off-site
Requirements Experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) is essential
Previous supervisory experience (Shift Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager) is desirable
Strong communicator with confident leadership and organisational skills
Hands-on, energetic, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment
Flexible availability across mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Must live within a commutable distance of Bedford
