We are pleased to announce a great opportunity for a full-time and permanent office administrator position in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
Mainly providing administrative support to the office, you will also assist the senior administrator with the day-to-day operations. You can expect to complete duties such as:
* Filling and data entry
* Typing and proofing letters/quotes
* Sort UK and international travel out for staff
* Process credit card transactions
* Deal with customer enquiries
* Mail shots
* All aspects if sales order processing and stock control using Sage 100
This is just a snapshot of what you will be doing; the job will include lots more and be varied daily.
We are looking for someone experienced in all areas of administration who can work independently and think creatively to get the job done. You must also be punctual, professional, and organized.
You will have at least 2 years of administration experience and excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook. Shorthand typing skills would be an advantage. You must have an excellent, polite telephone manner.
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break.
You will be paid an annual salary of £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
