About the Role
Two Rivers Medical Centre, located in Ipswich, is looking to recruit a trainee nurse associate to support our clinical nursing team and improve our patient services within our practice. This role is offered on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
* Carry out basic observations (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, height, weight BMI)
* Undertake phlebotomy, ECG's, and wound care (following training and competency assessment)
* Support chronic disease management clinic (e.g., diabetes, asthma, and hypertension) under supervision
* Administer vaccinations and immunisations (once trained and assessed as competent)
* Provide support with NHS Health Checks and Health promotion activities
* Ensure Infection prevention and control procedures are followed at all times
