We are currently recruiting passionate and experienced 1:1 Tutors to support pupils across Leicestershire. This rewarding role involves delivering personalised tuition to students who require additional academic support, either within a school setting or at the pupil's home during school hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils in building confidence, engagement, and academic progress.
• Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet varying abilities and learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.
• Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and other professionals where required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or classroom support.
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel across the Leicestershire area.
