We’re working with a caring and inclusive all-through special school (ages 7–18) that provides specialist education for pupils who need extra emotional, behavioural, or social support. The school focuses on helping each pupil achieve both academically and personally within a nurturing and structured environment. The Role: * Provide classroom support to pupils with SEMH and complex needs. * Assist the class teacher in managing behaviour and promoting positive learning experiences. * Offer one-to-one or small group support to help pupils engage with lessons and develop life skills. * Encourage emotional resilience and independence through consistent, caring interactions. * Support with daily routines and contribute to a safe, inclusive school environment. Requirements: * Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural challenges (school or care background). * A calm, patient, and empathetic approach with strong communication skills. * Ability to build trusting relationships and work as part of a supportive team. * Relevant training or qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
