In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for our clients and subcontractors. The Helpdesk Administrator will be responsible for logging, tracking, and resolving facilities-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), costing subcontractor quotes and updating our CRM systems. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls from clients, surveyors, and subcontractors * Respond to emails promptly and professionally * Cost subcontractor quotes and issue weekly surveyor quotes * Send and track weekly surveyor quote chasers * Processing outstanding quotes with surveyors to prevent delays * Raise jobs on Job Logic (our CRM/CAFM system) * Update Elogbooks system daily * Type surveyor quotes with excellent spelling and grammar * Complete and submit weekly statistics and reports * Serve as the first point of contact for incoming facilities-related service requests (via phone, email, or helpdesk system) * Accurately lo...
