Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) is looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing venipunctures and blood draws on patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience throughout the process. Your attention to detail and patient care will be essential in accurately collecting and processing blood samples for laboratory analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform venipunctures and capillary draws on patients, ensuring proper technique and safety.
* Prepare and label blood samples for transport to the laboratory.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace following infection control protocols.
* Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and answering any questions.
* Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide assistance as needed.
* Document all procedures accurately in the electronic health record system.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomist experience is required.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience.
* Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of blood collection procedures and safety protocols.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail‑oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
* U.S. Citizenship is required.
