Mount Royal Hotel by The Unlimited Collection is seeking an engaging Breakfast Chefwith a passion for great hospitality, to join our team.
You will report to the Executive Chef, providing a memorable experience for our guests, and our culinary offerings are a key part of that experience.
ABreakfast Chef will be responsible for:
* Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes.
* Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
* Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
To be successful in the role of BreakfastChef we require:
* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and cooking techniques.
* Ability to work early morning shifts.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paces environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
