Customer Booking Advisor – Weekend (Newcastle)
Salary: £22,250 pro rata
Contract: Part-Time, Permanent
Hours: 14 hours per week (7 hours Saturday and 7 hours Sunday)
Shift Window: Between 8:00am and 9:00pm, allocated based on performance and operational requirements
Start Date: Immediate
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and delivering excellent service? We are looking for a motivated Customer Booking Advisor to join our Contact Centre team on a weekend-only basis.
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time weekend work within a fast-paced, supportive environment, where customer experience and performance go hand in hand.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
* Supporting customers with queries relating to our products and services
* Booking appointments and updating customer records accurately
* Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
* Achieving individual and team performance targets
* Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance
What We're Looking For
* Previous customer service experience (any sector considered)
* Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner
* Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
* Accurate data entry and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* A positive, resilient attitude with a target-driven mindset
