Finance Analyst £50,000 - £60,000 Bonus & Benefits Brentwood - Hybrid Permanent Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We're seeking a Finance Analyst to join a dynamic divisional finance team, supporting strategic and operational decision-making across multiple functions. The Role As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight, reporting, and control. Working closely with regional teams and senior stakeholders, you'll provide analysis that supports business performance, ensures strong financial governance, and drives continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Review and oversee work produced by assistant finance analyst and other team members, including month-end journals, funding requests, and debtor analysis. Mentor and coach junior colleagues, supporting their professional development. Prepare and analyse monthly management information relating to joint venture activities. Monitor, chase, and report on outstanding debtors to maintain a strong cash position. Support the Divisional Financial Controller in maintaining robust financial controls, including balance sheet reconciliations and technical accounting reviews. Assist in half-year and year-end reporting processes, working collaboratively with Group Finance and external auditors. Partner with operational teams across Commercial, Development, and Sales to provide financial insight and support decision-making. Contribute to system and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Produce ad hoc reports and analysis to support divisional and joint venture activities. Provide general support to the finance team as required.About You Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA). Practice background strongly desirable Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator able to engage effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders. Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Experience in a multi-entity or project-based business would be advantageous.You'll be part of a supportive team that values professional growth, innovation, and teamwork.
