Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Duties
* Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office functioning
* Provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and internal staff
* Prepare, edit, and distribute documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Maintain and update records using Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software programmes
* Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
* Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
* Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation
* Support IT-related issues by liaising with technical support teams as needed
* Ensure the office environment remains organised, tidy, and well-stocked with supplies
* Contribute to process improvements by suggesting organisational enhancements
Experience
* Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues is advantageous
* Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
