Location: England, Greater London, Orpington Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £89 - £100 Per day Benefits: PAYE Job Description: Job Duties: Assist classroom teachers with daily tasks and activities Support students with special educational needs Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment Provide one-on-one or small group support to students Assist in preparing lesson materials and resources Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent Experience working with children or young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Education: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred) Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of child development and learning processes Knowledge of safeguarding procedures Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification Working Conditions: Working hours are typically school hours, Monday to Friday May involve some outdoor activities or field trips Opportunity for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
