Requirements
1. Experience in operating, setting and running of Mazatrol CNC Lathes of 2 Axis and also using driven tool lathes and/or experience in using 5 axis Mazak mills in an AS9100 Rev D environment
2. Good knowledge in tool setting and tooling requirements
3. Ability to adjust machine offset coordinates to repeat correct manufacturing requirements
4. Used to working with High Tensile and Ultra High Tensile Materials
5. Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings and Route Cards
6. Have good attention to detail
7. Used to working in tight tolerances on all types of materials
8. Minimum of 3 year's experience within an engineering environment

9. Micrometres, Thread Micrometres, Groove Micrometres (Metric & Imperial)
10. Bore Clock
11. Air Gauges
12. Height Gauges
13. Plug Gauges and Screw Plug Gauges
14. Comparators

Hours
2 shifts alternated weekly
Week 1 - 6am till 2pm Mon-Fri
Week 2 - 2pm till 11pm Mon- Thurs, 2pm till 6pm Fri
Saturday Mornings Possible
