This role involves supporting students with a range of learning, physical, and behavioural needs. Youll work closely with Teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping each student reach their full potential.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* 1:1 and small group support: Assist students with their academic and personal development.
* IEP implementation: Help deliver individualised education plans and track student progress.
* Behavioural management: Use positive reinforcement and strategies to support students emotional and social needs.
* Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
* Classroom assistance: Help prepare materials and maintain a safe, stimulating learning space.

What Were Looking For
We need someone with a genuine interest in working with children and a patient, empathetic nature. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children, especially those with SEN.
* Child DBS on update service.
* A strong understanding of different learning styles and developmental stages.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* The ability to be adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
