This role plays a key part in maintaining the smooth running of the accounts function and would suit someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
Processing, coding and matching purchase invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Supporting labour cost allocation processes
Assisting with general and ad‑hoc finance administration tasks

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
Confident IT user, particularly with Excel and finance systems
Good numeracy and accuracy
Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines
