Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to join our Head Office Team located at Granton Square, Edinburgh. Autism Initiatives Scotland works positively alongside autistic people, their families and carers to provide specialist services tailored to each individual.


Responsibilities

* Provide administrative, organisation and secretarial support to the National Director and Senior Management.
* Ensure smooth operation of the Head Office, including managing the reception staff team.
* Coordinate the maintenance and repairs of Housing Services.


Qualifications and skills

* Experience in a similar PA/Office Manager role.
* Strong organisation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Other information

The successful candidate will be required to apply for a Level 1 Disclosure check from Disclosure Scotland. Autism Initiatives Scotland will cover the cost of the application.

Please note we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an Employment Visa at this time.

Interviews will take place in September 2025.
