As a Showroom Manager based in Worcester (WR3 8UA) you will be responsible for:
* Running the day to day operations of the showroom embedded within the branch
* Utilising design tools to provide an end-to -end design and delivery service for bathroom customers
* Driving sales and service within the showroom
* Identify and develop initiatives to meet the needs of customers
* Striving to enhance the showroom experience and exceed customer expectations through delivering outstanding customer service.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Experience of sales and customer service within a showroom environment
* Knowledge of working with design software
* A pro-active approach to sales, with experience in building new business opportunities
* Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers to understand their needs and desires
