About The Role: Purpose of the Role: The Commercial Administrator plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth running and support on a large residential Facilities Management contract, and will directly support the Quantity Surveyor across the Contract. Key Responsibilities: Create and add revision scopes to Work Orders in CAFM System Maintain PMI Tracker Accurately upload job packs and check Schedule of Rates to the Client System Update CAFM System with work completion status’ Assist and support the QS with general Administration duties Update the monthly payable task tracker with agreed prices Take full responsibility for the commercial email inbox, ensuring tasks are categorised and dealt with timeously and filed accordingly Provide reporting/updates to operational teams or others, as necessary, to demonstrate the fulfilment of contract requirements Ensure client and internal systems are updated within set timescales throughout the life of the job Respond to all customer chases/escalations within internal SLAs Produce relevant information and updates required for inclusion in client/contract reports Mitigate risk against performance penalties for failures by ensuring all applications and invoices are submitted on time and in line with contractual requirements Key skills, experience and attributes: Experience working within facilities management/built environment, desirable Previous experience in an Administrative role Good proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages Intermediate Excel skills, essential Experience using management systems, desirable (full training provided) Prior experience in a similar role/environment, desirable Knowledge of using Concept Evolution and SharePoint, desirable Excellent skills in multi-tasking and prioritisation A team player Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00 (40 hours per week) On-Site This is an excellent opportunity for an efficient Administrator who wants to take the next step in their career.
