Job Title: Assistant Centre Manager
Location: London – full time on site
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Position Overview:
The client is looking for an ambitious and personable Assistant Centre Manager with a drive for operational excellence and a keen eye for detail. As the Assistant Centre Manager at a world class serviced office in central London you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s high standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering an unforgettable experience to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors. Ensure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations
* Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans
* Coordinate and document daily team briefings
* Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences
* Act as Centre Manager when required
* Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Centre

* Prioritise exceptional client care and clear, confident communication
* Have strong operational and team management experience with a talent for coordination
* Stay calm, adaptable, and composed under pressure
* Are relentlessly organised with razor-sharp attention to detail
* Build trust quickly and create a warm, elevated atmosphere
* Love to take initiative, stay solutions-focused, and confidently own client-facing events
* Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing role within retail, hospitality or hotels ideal.
