Role: Finance Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, Hybrid (1-2 days working from home)
Salary: £27,000

As a Finance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing incoming supplier invoices in GBP, USD, and EUR using NetSuite (ERP system)
* Handling employee expense reimbursements
* Managing the accounts inbox, serving as the first point of contact for external suppliers and internal staff
* Assisting the finance team with adhoc tasks as needed
* Contributing to monthly bank reconciliations
What You Bring:
1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
2. Experience with an ERP is a plus but not essential
3. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills
