About The Role
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships worldwide.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Egham team, representing proAV and managing the needs of two Directors.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Personal Assistant to enhance our established operations and drive service improvements. Compensation will reflect experience and seniority.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide full secretarial support to the Directors and management team as required.
2. Manage correspondence, emails, and minutes of meetings, including audio dictation.
3. Ensure client requirements are addressed or escalated promptly.
4. Adhere to company policies and processes in all environments.
5. Create and format PowerPoint presentations, update Excel spreadsheets, and manage Outlook emails and SharePoint.
6. Liaise with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
7. Handle personal tasks assigned by the directors.
8. Assist with travel arrangements, including cost analysis.
9. Support quotation and valuation processes.
10. Organize diaries, appointments, meetings, and events.
11. Manage expenses and facilities, including liaising with suppliers and booking maintenance.
12. Perform general admin duties such as filing and maintaining project files.
13. Screen calls and handle inquiries appropriately.
Hours of Work
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including a one-hour unpaid break.
